Warranty Program
Our warranty for our own branded products covers the manufacturer’s defects. We do not claim any responsibility for damage that results from user error or products that get damaged in shipping. If you receive an item damaged in shipment, we do offer full refunds. Any products you receive from any partner or merchant is at their sole responsibility. Contact the affiliated company if you want to settle any disputes about their products.
Tell us your name, what you bought, and your order tracking number. We will investigate the issue further to make sure you can put in a claim for a refund. Let us know you want to file a claim for the item and we will see what we can do to make it better.
As of now, Reel Tackle Fishing only offers priority mail packaging and shipping via the United States Postal Service. We do not ship packages with the United Parcel Service, FedEx, Amazon Shipping, or any other shipping service other than the Postal Service.
If you want to return a product you received from our website, it must be our brand and not the brand of any other company. We take pride in the quality of our products and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we do offer returns. Just send it back to us within 60 days.
When we say we offer 100% free shipping, we are serious about that. If you need to return a product for any reason, you pay nothing. That is how we are and we believe that it should be the standard going forward for every online transaction. It’s that simple.
As of now, we do not offer gift cards to the general public. If you purchase another product other than ours, you can always buy a gift card for the affiliated company and use it on their website in full. Instead, we recommend that use coupon codes or a debit card.
On certain occasions or at certain times of the year, we do offer coupon codes that may offer discounts to our customers. Coupon codes are not official discounts offered by merchants. Instead, they are codes you can use to get a discount from us. We will pay the difference to the merchant as long as we can make the sale to you by buying their product from our site. All coupon codes are time-sensitive and do expire.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your order with us but only if it was damaged in shipping, has our brand name on it, and wasn’t the result of user error. We determine if these conditions were met on a case-by-case basis.

We sell our own products on our website but we are also an affiliate of Bass Pro Shops as well as an Amazon Associate. We do not claim to be partnered with these companies to any degree. We simply promote their products for income. Any products from them are their sole responsibility.
